I did read that too. Have you tried calling the sales department regarding this?

I frequently divert my voip calls to my mobile number when I am out of the office but pay the cost of the diverted call. Is there a way to divert to mobile for free or a package? I did read that there was a package called One Plan Plus which would do this but the post was in 2009.
