BT Falcon voip Phone

Hello,

I have the BT Falcon voip phone and my designated number, connected via ethernet cable to BT 2 Wire router and all is working fine regarding calls in and out. Question: is it possible to confugure the phone to be able to dial out via landline using button 5 as with some other types of routers ????

Hi Martin

Sorry to say but it's not possible with the falcon handset, but if you configured your 2wire router for voip this is possible on line 1 only

To configure voip go to www.bt.com/businessbbv and login with your voip number and password and follow the instructions.
