    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot call a local company who has a voip line using my BT landline, every body else who is calling them from miles away can get through, i am just down the road and cannot get through to them.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried with the std code and without but it makes no difference.The message i get back is unallocated number ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
