https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/Different-ringtone-for-MADN/m-p/46490#M21801 <P>We have BT hosted VOIP with Falcon 2 phones and 4 lines. &nbsp;We have a central switchboard number (MADN) which makes all the phones ring at the same time and also 4 individual direct lines. &nbsp;Is there a way we can set a different ringtone for when the switchboard number rings as opoposed to one of the direct lines?
