https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/BT-IPOffice-system/m-p/66302#M21859 <P>Can anyone help?</P><P>We have an Avaya BT IPoffice phone system with the main router / system box in Yorkshire with 3 extensions and an office in Worcester with 3 x IP phones (remote workers)</P><P>Everything was fine until about 3 weeks ago when we started experiencing bad connections / lagged conversations and everyone sounding like Norman Collier.</P><P>We have called BT who came out and checked everything but couldnt find a fault.</P><P>We checked the router settings here in Worcester and no changes there.</P><P>Im at my wits end.
