I am running a Call Centre with circa 100 digital extensions and recently opened a small shop in the Meadowhall Shopping Centre. As the agents in the new shop need to be able to sign into the main Call Centre, we have added 4 VOIP extensions using a dedicated BT broadband at each site. Voice calls to Meadowhall are fine, but the quality of calls from the shop are poor, with crackle and occasional loss of service. Various departments within BT have looked as this, but I don't seem to be able to find specialist support that can resolve the matter.

Does anyone have similar experience that could help, as installing a fibre circuit at £8.5k is the only suggested solution, and for 4 VOIP extensions, that's an expensive service all rounds.
