      <description>&lt;P&gt;mark thanks for your prompt reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but CRM connect &amp;nbsp;is for some proprietory DB's&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;whereas we need it for our bespoke software&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all we need is CTI LINK like for cisco ip phones&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been contact (call/email ) local business sales team for nearly 6 months and there is no response&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they have been waiting for the technical team for ever,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;imagine if we go live and there is a problem if it is gonna be same then it will run down our business continuity&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
