Is there an easy to understand user guide for this phone system. I have downloaded the user manual and I have Avaya IP Office Manager on my pc and I still can't understand how to do simple things? I need to record a Night Service Message. I need to get voicemails sorted out. The Avaya Manager is quite user unfriendly and the user manual doesn't make sense to me..... Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

We have an AVAYA telephone system, we are having a problem changing the Night Time Message

I have found a protocol which says

press * 716 listen to the prompt , record message , but unfortunately it just says you have no new messages!! could you please help.
