    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping someone could help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have BT Infinity for Business with Business Hub3. Our upload / download speends are good during off peak hours&amp;nbsp; 19 /70 and ok during peak 14 / 25.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a VOIP solution and calls are either delayed, keep cutting out or very low quality.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To test I tried setting up one of the computers on a cloud based VOIP solution, and again there were quality issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT state there is no fault with the line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm at a loss as our sales team of just 3 people (13 in office altogether) are unable to do their job so resort to mobiles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our internet during the day is OK but often hangs too. We can live with that but it's affecting our phones more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone point me in the right direction?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm thinking about installing the HH5 to see if that helps?
