    <description>Managed to call this morning was told new phone will be&amp;nbsp;delivered tomorrow and hand the old one to the driver, all in all not bad when the phone is over 12 months old!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, well I assume a 24 month contract comes with 24 months warranty? I'm using the SIM in my iphone at the moment until I can get time to wait on call to BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hmmm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i dont see why they wouldnt get it sorted under warranty. i have a suspicion though that you will be referred to the manufacturer of the phone to get it replaced/fixed. maybe thats just scepticism though&lt;/P&gt;</description>
