    <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact tech support first and give BT the oppurtunity to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is deemed to be unfixable or they fail to fix it within a certain time period (14 days i think) then they will be able to cancel the contract for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have this contract, for the next 24 months, moved home, the connection is poor, otherwise, it was great in my previous address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope I could cancel this contract without paying the cancelation fees, as it will be the same as having this slow broadband in the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
