Have a versatility system with a broadband module and I need to use v-ip featurephones in a remote office we're setting up.

Having a few problems though:

1 - I know I need the broadband plus module but I'm finding it very hard to tell which of the 2 modules I have. I can sign into the web interface but nothing gives it away.If the voip would connect I think I could tell because if it is bbm plus I could select ITP extension options for the endpoints but unfortunately voip won't connect so I can't tell.

2 - VoIP status is always not Started. Do I need some kind of SIP account on my broadband (which is through Demon)??

3 - I'm not using the router in the bbm module but have the dmz port connected into my existing router, I have read that this config is okay but maybe this is causing problems.

Any words of wisdom from anyone? I'm just about tearing my hair out. Will happily stump up for a bbm plus module if it is required!
