Hi,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems. Below are some questions that should help identify what the problem is.

When you connect the E170 to your PC, does anything appear to happen? (BT Access Manager should start, if installed)

If you start BT Access Manager then connect the E170, does Access Manager detect the device? (Mobile icon on top bar should flash then turn green)

If neither of the above happen, are there any devices in Device Manager (Start->Control Panel->System->'Hardware' tab ->'Device Manager' button) showing as not working i.e. red cross or yellow exclamation mark

Thanks

Tim

Hi, apologies if this topic has been covered (I did look) but could not find a thread. I have recently got an E170 HSPA USB Stick and I simply cannot make it work, not reliably anyway. I have downloaded the very latest Access Manager (1.9.91.0) but two different PCs I have tried it on will not recognise the stick. One of them did once but after a reboot it no longer did. It recognises the USB memory stick part every time but not the mobile device. Do I have a faulty stick? What can I do? I am trying it on normal Windows XP. Thanks.
