I will add more to the list over time - let me know if there are any error codes you encounter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Error 12166: No response from the 'HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G Modem' mobile device&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Causes&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;SIM card may not be correctly configured&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Solution&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Contact the Helpdesk to check your SIM configuration&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Error 31052: Failure during mobile device initialisation&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Causes&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;A issue with BT Access Manager 1.9.84.0 can cause this message to appear&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Solution&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Upgrade to the latest version of BT Access Manager, which can be found &lt;A target="_self" rel="nofollow" href="http://accessmanager.btcm.info/client/setup/install.exe"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;13001 Dial-Up Networking has been disconnected, Error &amp;lt;reason_code&amp;gt;: &amp;lt;reason_text&amp;gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Causes&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reason code and text are generated by Windows. Causes include:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Another software dashboard is conflicting with BT Access Manager&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Mobile network coverage is insufficient to maintain a connection&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;SIM card is not configured correctly&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Solution&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Shutdown any other software dashboards that might be running&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Move to a location with better mobile network coverage&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Contact the helpdesk to check your account status&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have updated software to BT Access Manager - Windows PC users (version 1.9.94.0). I now get error code 12015.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also get the following pop ups -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;‘please wait while windows configures blue tooth software’&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;‘please execute setup.exe for installation or upgrade’.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried removing and reinstalling all BT access manger program 3 times. Every time I get this error code and blue tooth pop ups. Any ideas on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
