Hello. I have a mobile broadband stick that I got free when I renewed our business contract last year.

I notice that when I try to access the stock images site I use for business, shutterstock.com I get the message "Content blocked - In compliance with a new UK voluntary code of practice you are not able to access this site and have been redirected by the BT Content Administrator Service"

It then goes on to say "If you are a Business customer and would like to have the bar lifted, please contact your BT Account Manager."

We've been business customers with BT for at least 10 years, but have never been aware of having a BT Account Manager.

A few days ago I tried following the advice here:

http://bt.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/bt.cfg/php/enduser/cci/bt_adp.php?p_sid=EyEftGQj&p_faqid=12783&cat_lvl1=760&cat_lvl2=2739&p_cv=2.2739&p_cats=760,2739

I received an automated response email saying "Once we have completed your request we will send you an SMS alert as confirmation."

But I've not got anything... if this was the right route to take, how long should it take?

... And who is my "Business Account Manager"?!

Thanks, Linda
