Hi Alun you should find that although you BT sim will not work via the BT Access manager there will be a connection manager of some sort provided by HP the settings you require will be

APN = btmobile.bt.com

password= BT

User ID = BT

Number = *99# (May not be required)

Hi,

I have a HP laptop with an integrated 3g card, however I can't get BT Access Manager to recognise this as a mobile device. Is there any way to use the integrated 3g card with my mobile broadband?

Thanks

Hi AStewart,

I am sorry to have to inform but Access Manager has been designed to work with the BT provided dongles. It will not work with an embedded SIM card laptop.
