Thanks for sharing the solution to this problem. This is what I also did before. However, just thinking if this will work if you are running Windows 7 in 64-bit?

Hi,

I am having an issue with the BT Access Manager software.

When installing for the first time the software connects fine to GPRS and any WiFi connections but after a reboot all connections are failing to start.

The connect animation just continually goes round and fails to see the GPRS or WiFi.

After and uninstall and reboot, I can install the software again and connect OK until I reboot the machine.

The dongle is displaying a constant green LED but I am seeing errors in the Application Event Log as below.

Computers used for testing are WIN7 Enterprise x32, both high spec HP laptops.

Any assistance appreciated

Log Name: Application

Source: btomoscrservice

Date: 22/06/2011 10:46:45

Event ID: 0

Task Category: None

Level: Information

Keywords: Classic

User: N/A

Computer:

Description:

The description for Event ID 0 from source btomoscrservice cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

CImpersonate()
