Upgrading HTC 620 handset

For about the last four years I have had the HTC 620 handset for use with my account and when I once enquired about an upgrade I was given the usual drivel, that I would need a new contract and that it would generally cost ME loads of money!!

If I was on any other suppliers tariff I would be getting FREE upgrades every 12 months but as usual with BT everything is a problem and will always cost me more money. PLEASE PLEASE can someone help me get a new phone and stop the rest of the mobile world laughing at me and my old brick!!

Im sorry for the problems your having there. the only way to upgrade your phione is through the mobile sales team, if you contact them im sure they can find a package that suits you.

I don't think BT will be giving Free upgrades for the next few years. What company does that anyway?
