VAT Invoice

Hi Newby here

Just a small problem unless i'm missing something.

We have a business account and have paper free billing. We are after a bill that is for VAT purposes and not one that says:

This page is not a tax invoice

or:

This is a summary of your VAT.

This is a summary of your VAT liability.

This is not a tax invoice.

Am I mistaken in thinking that we cannot use this bill for VAT purposes (i.e. to claim the VAT back on this bill) or is it O.K. to use it?

Hi driller, do you get just paper bills? If so, I'm set up like that - VAT documents are generated separately.

Have you tried logging in to 'View My Bill'? The overview section allows you to view your most recent bill. Go to the left-hand side of the page, there should be a 'Billing' option which provides a list of all the available bills for your account. If you scroll down further you should be able to view your VAT documents as PDFs.

Thank you all sorted.

When I checked through our accounts I had already dowloaded a VAT invoice back in September. My mind must be going or something. Anyway i'll try to remember for when the next bill arrives.
