I am setting up a business from home. I already have a BT line but don't want to give my home number to clients. So I need, I think, another number(preferably on the same line)which can be answered in the office but transferred to either a mobile or another fixed line when I am not in the office, or have voicemail if necessary. Help!!! Can anyone give me any advice please. Many thanks

Hi this is quite an old post, but I thought I'd better contribute something as I haven't for a bit.

Yes you can get an additional line and you can setup call diversion to your mobile phone easily enough with BT business phone packages. I know people who do this.

There is an article in the business support website looks easy enough: What is Smart Divert and how do I use it?

Good luck!
