Hi,

I have setup and configured a TrixBox installation for use with the 4 BT lines. We have FeatureLine Compact enabled on the line.

4 BT Lines
1 for Fax and ADSL
3 for Voice

Voice lines have their own DDI numbers, and we have a 4th Number with rings line1, then if busy, rings line 2 etc.

When connected to the Asterisk box, line 2 and line 3 work flawlessly, calls are detected and answered, and Caller ID works. However nothing is working on line 1.

Asterisk detects the incoming call, but cannot answer it, and no Caller ID comes through. I can not make calls out via Asterisk and line 1 either. Whereas using 9 works fine for line 2 and line 3.

Should ALL the lines be identical? Which would clearly indicate that there is a issue/problem with line 1?

* Using a BT Phone works fine on ALL lines.
* Swapping cables has the exact same effects (Cables appear fine)
* Sangoma A200 Modules all tested and working fine.

I have contacted BT the usual way, but am affraid they did not understand my query and replied "Have you tried pressing 9 first".

Thanks for your time,

PaulG.
