Static IPs Have Stopped Working 2

Hi,

I have had more or less the exact same problem since last week. I use a static IP address which is assigned to my CCTV system, I've been able to access the cctv system through the router ip address, but not via the static ip address/internet. I have had this static ip address for over 6 months and it has been working fine. The tech support team suggested sending me a new router as well and I am waiting for that to arrive, i'll try to post here with my progress if that helps.

is it a single static ip you have or multiple ips?
