    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it is covered. Probably the reason MAC isn't listed as much is becuase most servers/OS etc&amp;nbsp;are Microsoft. Some use Linux and MAC's&amp;nbsp;but as with most things Microsoft have the general landscape of usage. Play to majority really.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you get ITSM from Dundee then they are very good!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Its purposely ambiguous like the FUP policy. In theory they should support anything native to OSX and any Windows product with a Mac version. In practice and having met the guys who provide it they can barely do some of the PC stuff ands thats being charitable.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
