Bt inspiration system programming, Help!!

HI,

I programed my BT inspiration phone with all the phone numbers a few years ago, i have come to change them and i must have forgotton the password because it won't let me in to the system programming option now.

Is there anyway of resetting the phone or password?

Please help!!

After my BT inspiration was switched off for a few days its now up and running but for one thing. I have reprogrammed my speed-dialling list whcih brings up an entry & seizes a line but doesn't dial out. Have checked "class of service" etc, items and now run out of ideas! Any suggestions?
