BSOD and Vista Business with BT PC Backup

I am having problems with BT PC Backup software and am getting BSOD. I get the blue screen and a message or one of them apart from the dump file says that the file LV_Tracker.sys is the file that is causing problems. This file is located in Backup directory under programs.

I therefore renamed this file and am presently using the BTBACKUP software manually as I got fed up with the daily BSOD issues.

I have not upgraded to SP1 and I am using version 8 of the softward backup pc?

In the Windows Event Viewer (right click Computer icon and Manage) do you see any errors in the System Log just before the computer BSOD's?

If so can you advise what they are?
