BT PC SECURITY REINSTALL

McAfee tells me I need to reinstall my BT PC security - how do I do this please?

I tried on line help and went from 20 in the queue to 1 then was told there was no one to help so my request was cancelled !!!

I tried the email reply only to find the link did not work!!!

Now McAfee security center is telling me my subscription has expired and when I try to renew [why should I'd need to when it is part of my BT package?] I get a BT error page !!!!!!

Yes! I phoned the help no. and was told to remove the existing McAfee security I had on my PC and then reinstall it. Unfortunately the download from McAfee is not working. When I accept the conditions and press to download I keep getting "Oops! ...... could not connect" message 😞

My PC currently has no protection!!!
