      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there an SLA available for One Plan customers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm looking for things like NOC response times, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not trying to get anyone in trouble, I'm just trying to set expectations internally.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if the SLA says "emails to the &lt;A target="_blank" href="mailto:spoc.oneplan@bt.com"&gt;spoc.oneplan@bt.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;address will be responded to within five (5) business days", I can say "we should get something back by next week".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BusinessService&lt;/P&gt;</description>
