Hi, Can anyone provide me with a contact number for BT business to call from abroad? I need an alternative number from the 0800??

i thought you could call from abroad using 08 numbers?

you could try livechat if your stuck

No unfortunatley I can't use the numbers. Yes I could try the live chat. Just telephone was easier as I can do that from home. Due to the time differences I would have to stay back at work late to do the live chat.

Hi,

Another option you could try is to go to the BT Local Business website (http://www.btlocalbusiness.co.uk) and find the nearest office to the site in question (if you have one in mind, or at all) by using the postcode.

The site will give you the standard phone number (i.e. not 0845) for the office, which you can call as a normal international number. they can put you on to the Account Manager for that area, who should be able to help.

It's an option anyway.
