    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just come across this, sorry too late for you on this occasion birdbrain1. You can recover deleted items from Outlook Web Access, just select Options then scroll down to Recover Deleted Items. Follow the instructions thereafter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when an email is deleted it is time-stamped and from experience I can tell you BT purge deleted emails from the platform for that day on the following night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May help you/ others in future though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Deleted folder in AWO</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A folder has been deleted by mistake in my e.mail&amp;nbsp; account (microsoft AWO), I don't know how or when, tried 'recover deleted items' but it isn't there, is there any way to recover this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
