Is the makeover the reason why I am unable to access my emails and keep getting an "Error on page" message?

How do I report this fault when I cannot access my emails?

Hi, are you having problems using your email client eg Outlook or using webmail?

I can't get into my email via Outlook with my password - it keeps rejecting it but it will get me into my online emails - what is going on?
