    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Steph,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks very much for taking the time to get back to me on this. I seem to of sorted it out myself. I ran all the scans i could do and they found some spyware which i deleted. I then tried to update again and it did it no problem. So dam simple in the end.       <title>Unable to update ISP</title>

      <description>Hi can some one please help before i go crazy.&amp;nbsp;Windows security alerts are telling me that my anti-virus is out of date. The problem is when i try to update i get a message that reads: &lt;FONT color="#3366ff"&gt;BT Internet Security Pack cannot be updated while a manual anti-spyware scan is running.&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have made no changes that i am aware of and this is starting to drive me nuts. Any ideas i can't be the only person to of experienced this.</description>
