Unable to update ISP

Hi can some one please help before i go crazy. Windows security alerts are telling me that my anti-virus is out of date. The problem is when i try to update i get a message that reads: BT Internet Security Pack cannot be updated while a manual anti-spyware scan is running. I have made no changes that i am aware of and this is starting to drive me nuts. Any ideas i can't be the only person to of experienced this.

In this instance it might be best if the technical team have a look at your account to see what is going on.

Hi Steph,

Thanks very much for taking the time to get back to me on this. I seem to of sorted it out myself. I ran all the scans i could do and they found some spyware which i deleted. I then tried to update again and it did it no problem. So dam simple in the end. Feel a bit stupid now lol,
