HELP with ROXIO BackOnTrack

Hello! 😃 so my problem is this, yesterday mornin i wanted to clean my computer, so i started Roxio booting (this is the third time doin and never had problems) and till now it h asnt finishd! its bein a day and a night already, it has never lasted that long, it takes some hours, but never a whole day, i dont know what to do, should i just shut off my laptop? but im scared something bad might happen if i do that =( i need help >.<
