    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new e-Saver account but am not able to see the broadband billing info.&amp;nbsp; It has stated the following since the account was opened...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="setUpCompleteSystemError"&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Sorry, billing and payment details for this account are currently unavailable."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;amp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Currently there are no Billing and Payments details for this account"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also on the telephone billing screen it shows "Sorry, your recent calls data is not available"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone point in the right direction to get this fixed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could someone also be kind enough to explain Onebill and if I could use it to view both phone and broadband bills&amp;nbsp;on one screen or not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;!-- //Billing &amp;amp;amp; Payment table  --&gt;&lt;!-- //Accounts Gradient box starts --&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;!-- //Accounts Gradient box starts --&gt;</description>
