    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have an old BT inspiration system connected to PSTN lines. A need has arisen for us to be able to occassionally transfer calls to an external number. According to the BT Inspiration manual this should be possible. When on a call however external transfer is not one of the options listed on the featurephone. This applies whichever phone/extension we use. I don't think we have any restrictions and all extensions appear to be class 1 day and night. We are able to make normal outbound calls from all extensions just not transfer calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried calling BT in case they needed to activate something on our lines and they sold us 3 way calling which they thought would solve the problem however it has made no difference whatsoever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
