BT Business broadband keeps dropping out

Hi,

Looking for some help, i have bt business broadband and the last week my internet has been dropping out. It has now got to the point where it is almost every 15 - 20 minutes. It only drops out for 5 - 10 seconds but for my work i have to dial into a vpn, even this short disruption means i have to repeatedly log back into the vpn, losing me vital working time.

Anyone have any ideas why it may drop out? Ive checked the router and that seems ok.
