    <description>&lt;P&gt;you changed TO internet explorer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;usually its the other way around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what did you change FROM??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you issue is vague and could be many things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we can narrow this down by knowing:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have another pc on the connection that works fine? - this rules out the broadband line&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you get internet fine on another browser? - this narrows it down to software&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;since changing to internet explorer it takes ages to connect to a web site, even bt yahoo home page. keep getting the same message " unable to connect" and a diagnostic pop up appears. is anyone else experiencing this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure the firewall ain't blocking it or the anti virus &amp;nbsp;is scanning links which will really slow it down to the point of not connecting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check IE ain't set to use a proxy server and that all the settings are what they should be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
