    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm hoping that a moderator or someone with some BT background can help me out with an issue I'm having.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;l've now sent three e-mails to BT and have not had the courtesy of a reply.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Firstly, I'm a business one-plan customer &amp;amp; i have landlines, broadband &amp;amp; mobiles through BT&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i'm currently in the Dominican Republic &amp;amp; on arrival i received two text messages from two different contacts, i am now receiving the same messages over &amp;amp; over again, i now have hundreds of the same message &amp;amp; every time i get a new text message it comes through again &amp;amp; again, they're coming through at a rate of 1-2 an hour, that's a lot of messages considering I've been here five days!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't just call customer services because it will cost a fortune from where i am.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be much appreciated.</description>
