https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/Requesting-help-for-mobile-phone-issue/m-p/65828#M23352 Hi<BR /><BR />I'm hoping that a moderator or someone with some BT background can help me out with an issue I'm having.<BR /><BR />l've now sent three e-mails to BT and have not had the courtesy of a reply.<BR /><BR />Firstly, I'm a business one-plan customer &amp; i have landlines, broadband &amp; mobiles through BT<BR /><BR />i'm currently in the Dominican Republic &amp; on arrival i received two text messages from two different contacts, i am now receiving the same messages over &amp; over again, i now have hundreds of the same message &amp; every time i get a new text message it comes through again &amp; again, they're coming through at a rate of 1-2 an hour, that's a lot of messages considering I've been here five days!<BR /><BR />I can't just call customer services because it will cost a fortune from where i am.<BR /><BR />Any help would be much appreciated.
