    <description>Hi, our fax service very unstable recently. Can't get fax message from other company in UK, can't get fax from NY, Taiwan. Can send out to NY, but can't sent out to Taiwan. What's kind of situation can cause these problem? Where can we find a proper way to solve this issue?</description>
