I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL BT CUSTOMER FO MANY YEARS AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH

THE SAME NUMBER AND UNLIMITED BROADBAND. GREAT BUT NOT ABLE TO KEEP BT SPORT HAVING BEEN

OFFERED IT FREE WITH MY RESIDENTIAL ACCOUNT A YEAR OR SO AGO AND THEN £5 PER MONTH. THE BT

SITE ADVERTISING STATES THAT ITS FREE IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THEIR BROADBAND WITHOUT ANY MENTION

OF ANY RESTRICTIONS. I THINK THE TRADING STANDARDS NEED TO LOOK AT THIS AS THIS IS A CLEAR CASE

OF MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND I SHALL BE TAKING THIS UP WITH THEM. I THOUGHT BT WANTED TO GET

AS MANY SUBSCRIBERS AS POSSIBLE TO JUSTIFY THEIR HUGE INVESTMENT BUT THAT IS CLEARLY NOT THE

CASE.

ROBERT
