BT Infinity Modem Status

Hi there, I have just had BT Infinity installed today and is working great! Line sync at 40mb down and 10mb up! (according to the engineers handset!)

With the old bt hub i was able to see the sync status of the modem, the downstream and upstream.

Since the Infinity system uses a sererate router and modem.. is it possible to login to the modem to check the sync status or can the sync status be displayed from the infinity hub 2.0?? I cant seem to find it anywhere.

Hi danielshaw007,

Can I just confirm if this is a Business or Residential connection? BT Infinity is a Residential product.

Residential, its just been installed at my home!
