topic Change of address in Archive

In June 2010 we moved Offices. Had our phone number and post redirected and all was good. But I didn't notice that on 1 bill our address and name was in-correct so I call BT this morning to get the company name changed and the address. What I didn't expect was an awful man with a Northern Irish accents tell me that I had to take out another 2 year contract when I had informed BT nearly a year ago to change address and company name. He wouldn't listen to me and then he told me that I wasn't listening to what he was saying. The problem is that he wasn't listening to me. BT PLEASE NOTE A CONVERSATION IS A TWO WAY THING YOU BOTH HAVE TO LISTEN!!!!

and I was not reading from a computer system unlike him or are you all robots if so there is no help for anyone. So shall I stop the direct debit because that maybe the only way you will listen and if you turn off the broadband you wont be able to email me either or send a letter to the address on the bill cos the re-direction stops too.

SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO NOW !!!!!!

ITS EASY, JUST LISTEN!!!!
