      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is paperless billing not working? It has been down for over 1 month. I can't pay a bill without an invoice. I've spoken to India at least 4 times and no one can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issues - with 6 different accounts!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's driving me mad!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT continue to take their money every month, every account, because we pay by DD - but they are incapable of resolving this for us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have several payments now to BT and no invoice to lay against them - and they won't restore paper billing for me until it's resolved - I have asked 3 times!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VOIP here we come!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
