    <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body lia-component-body"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;hello there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have some serious problems getting my business line back after bt has ceased my bt business line due to non payment of just 38 pounds which is just ridicoulous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my line was ceased on 26th of august and i am still&amp;nbsp; waiting the line to be activated after speaking&amp;nbsp; to round 25-30 customers advisors they were unable to resolve my problem&amp;nbsp; instead of understanding my serious problems each of them is telling me different stories.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;i have placed around 7 orders and each of the order has been either rejected or has been cancelled without any reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have lost almost all of my business&amp;nbsp; this is a take away business and totally depending on phone line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on 26th of august i have placed an order to re activate my line. bt activate it but it was not the same number they&amp;nbsp; have activated a different number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and since 26th of august i am keep trying to make an order to&amp;nbsp; re number but everyday when i speak to advisor they keep telling me 24 hours time which i dont believe will come.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is really frustrated me. i am just shocked how bt behave with businesss customer they dont even&amp;nbsp; give any importance to the matter. i have requested to make and urgent note with the order but all in vain no one will listen or understand my problem its been exactly 8 days without the phone line and my original number. today i have spoke again and again they have told me to wait few working days .,....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i dont have any idea what the bt is all about do they really care about there business customers i had a really bad expereince&amp;nbsp; after contacting bt local business as well. they wont do anything too. its just use less to speak to them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could any one have any idea what to do about that or how can i resolve this matter????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was disconnected on the 31st August at 11.30 am I the rang BT and I was put through to the Philippines.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I explained that my bill was paid 17th August but it was not the phone bill that was not paid it was that I did not pay my new equipment that was installed in May this was a VERSATILITY it cost £1700.00 and at the time I had asked if I could pay by instalments and BT agreed but had to pay £700.00 first and the rest in installments . I suppose I did forget but also BT never sent me a plan for this so I paid £300 by direct debit&amp;nbsp;by telephone&amp;nbsp;and to post £700 by cheque this is what I was asked to pay on the 31st August&amp;nbsp;and they would reconnect me in 24hr . They still have not connected me and I have rang BT 10 times and they keep saying&amp;nbsp;that they would send emails so the would reconnect but again still not connected I have 12 shops and at the moment I am so fustrated that I want to take all my business else were&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you'd &amp;nbsp;paid your BT&amp;nbsp;bills by direct debit, this wouldn't have happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cut off for a £38 bill - how much have you lost? -&amp;nbsp;it's a no brainer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
