For example -&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Failure to follow these instructions will result in permanent deactivation of your account.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;LOL BT may be a lot of things, but they wouldn't do something like that just because you've exceeded your storage.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;The email is sent to '&lt;EM&gt;Dear Broadband Customer', which is another sign of an obvious fake.&amp;nbsp; BT always use their database to mail merge info into the email.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;Also if you look at the link you'll see that it is &lt;A href="http://www.domain.com/BT" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;www.domain.com/BT&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/A&gt;, which is not something BT would do, as the vast majority of emails and links will be &lt;A href="http://www.(something.)bt.com/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;www.(something.)bt.com&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/A&gt;,&amp;nbsp;although I think you may see From addresses in some autiomated emails with @btcomms.com (or something like that, so don't quote me).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;Cheers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;Dave A&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
