topic Installation charges in Archive

Hi there. I've just been asked to set up an office for an expanding scaffolding company. The premises we've found has an existing BT phone line in, no longer active but was until recently. Question is, do I have to pay the installation charge to get a new business phone/broadband package? Obviously trying to save on set up costs. Thanks in advance.

There will be installation charges even if there's an existing line.

Try to check for promotions, ISPs sometimes waive them.
