topic broadband router losing authentication in Archive

i have had so many problems with BT Infinity that is has become ridiculous. I have had my phone line replaced, router replaced a few times, and the openreach modem has been replaced many times as well. With all of this having been done, my router still continues to lose its authentication on a regular basis and my communication is interrupted and i have to reboot my router. i am to the point i think a string and tin cans might work better for communicating. what will it take to get a reliable broadband connection? do i need to look for other providers? i pay a lot of money for this service and i believe it should be more reliable. someone needs to get their act together. it appears as if the product is really not ready for use.

This needs further analysis on the support side, their Network Operations Center. They need to verify on what's causing this issue.

I'm just curious on how long this issue is ongoing already?
