      <title>Hub 3 very poor quality and always breaking down</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are 0.7 miles straightline&amp;nbsp; from the exchange - (same road)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;speeds up to 17Mb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New hub 3&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; major firmware issues as the hardware is the same as the residential unit (so I am told)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1st hub broke down - no hardwired connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2nd ditto&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3rd ditto plus wifi didn't work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;each time router changed to 2701, everthing worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The distance on this N rated router is no greater than the G rated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure BT wouldappreciate other feedback&lt;/P&gt;</description>
