hi there i have just spoken to a very helpful lady in customer servise that told me i can get help here. we have taken out infinity and were promised on the website £100 voucher. after a number of weeks we rung up as nothing was recieved. this was corrected with a voucher worth £50 only. After an email from online customer service this is correct going on the offers stated in the email. However as confirmed by todays conversation, this is not right and we should still recieve the remaining £50 as promised on the website when taking out the order. Please can someone help and sort this for me? I believe a note was alos amde on our account many thansk

Is there a time frame you have to wait before getting £50/£100 vouchers ? and do you apply for them or do they just come? and how do u apply? cannot c anything on website or my bt ?
