Problem with password, problems with creating another Email account.

I am having all sorts of problems with the password for this forum in that I seem to keep losing it and then having a problem in getting another one. On top of that I have spent hours attempting to create another Email address. Could someone point me in the direction where I can get advice and I don't mean the one where one waits for yonks to get an answer.

If you are having problems with email, creating or password resets etc, you can go to contact us were there is a link to the chat helpdesk and to the helpdesk over the phone.

I am deaf so the phone is of little use to me and regretably I find the Chat helpdesk so slow that I can feel my blood presure rising by the minute. I suspect that the slowness is not their fauls but the fault of those who give them three or more clients to handle at the same time. I don't know how I or possible BT solved it but the problem is now solved but another problem hovers in the background. I want to retrieve a lost Email address and having completed a long form I await BTs response.
