I have a BT versaility with 6 lines (can have 8 maximum) and 8 extensions - I want to have call recording of ALL incoming and outgoing calls - is this possible and if so how?

Yes. Voicemail and call recording is possible with BT Versatility. Contacting their helpdesk for help would be the best area to start.

Hey, I wanted to know the same thing. I've been after a package that can give me voicemail and call recording. I found another site that lays over the BT phonelines and BT's services but whats the difference between this and the one BT offers? they just say they can do it for 50% cheaper than BT?
